When you're ready to apply for a job or internship, we are ready to help you. From mock interviews to résumé reviews and more, there's a lot you can do in advance to feel your best about going into that interview. 

Resources for graduates

As you prepare for graduation, it's time to make your final adjustments to your resume and cover letter while you turn your focus toward interview practice and securing your next position. To help you with this, we have two resources that you can download: the first is a list of graduate resources (pdf) and the second is a LinkedIn profile checklist (pdf).

Résumé and cover letter review 

Your Career Discovery Team can assist you with preparing, reviewing, ad providing feedback on your employment application materials such as resumes and cover letters. Big Interview is an online resource that offers both a “Resume Curriculum” and a “Resume Builder” that you can access for free as a Delta student. Along with this, we provided some templates under Resources on the lower left-hand side of this page.

Sample interview questions

Are you looking for sample interview questions to help you prepare for that upcoming interview? Look no further than Ready, Prep, Interview.  You can search and find interview questions specific to the position you are interviewing for.

Virtual mock interviews 

Big Interview is an exclusive online interview system for Delta students and alumni that combines training and practice to help improve your interview technique and build your confidence.

Here are steps to set up your Big Interview account: 

• • Go to delta.biginterview.com and click "Register"
  • Use your studentname@delta.edu email
  • Complete registration process
  • You will receive a confirmation email at your Delta email address. Click "Verify" in the mail and you'll be able to start using Big Interview.
