Personnel Policies and Procedures

Delta College shall maintain personnel policies and procedures which shall be available to employees via the Delta College web portal. Copies of such personnel procedures policies will also be made available upon request from Human Resources. Subject to any collective bargaining obligations, Delta College administration is responsible for drafting, updating, revising, interpreting and applying all such personnel policies and procedures.
