Committee Structure

Board Policy 3.002

The Board of Trustees may establish standing committees and ad hoc committees as it deems prudent to conduct the work of the Board, further the development of the College, and facilitate the engagement of each trustee in the strategic issues that face the institution. Membership of such committees shall be determined by the Chair of the Board of Trustees.
