All prospective and current students of Delta College have been given the access and instructions on how to view this online handbook. Prospective and current students are held to the policies, procedures, and guidelines contained within this handbook, including the website(s) linked to within this handbook. It is each student's responsibility to adhere to the policies, procedures, and guidelines that are contained within this handbook and each student will be held accountable for his/her behavior in relation to all College policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, the Code of Conduct (Rules and Regulations of Conduct). This includes behavior on any Delta campus and college-sponsored or related activities including travel. Students are hereby informed that failure to follow the College's expectations could result in disciplinary actions.
Policies, procedures and all other handbook information are subject to revision throughout a given student's term of enrollment. Students are responsible for remaining informed of current policies and procedures. The handbook should be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Notice of availability – Clery Act Disclosure
Delta College publishes an Annual Security Report to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act, as amended. In compliance with federal law, the College notifies all prospective students and employees of how to locate this information.
